I left nursing and got a wild thought about going into trucking. The Rockford location is fantastic!! The instructors are kind, helpful, engaged, reliable and available for any questions!! One instructor had an “x rated” way of teaching but he asked permission first! What he taught me, was something I remembered easily on the DMV test! I lost my grandma the weekend before my second test. Failed the first (wrong trailer and markings!) My favorite instructor heard I was sad and never pushed me to do anything I wasn’t ready for! One instructor was an older guy who was the kindest soul you could come across!! Whenever I drove with him it felt like being with a family member. One instructor was very perceptive!! I lost my Grandmother the weekend before I went for my test! Great place to do your classes these days! Every instructor in the “yard” are badasses in trying to give you the best chance possible!!!

Come to this Academy and you will have your cdl in 4 weeks. Get the help you need and unlimited knowlege of the trade. Top notch!!!!

I absolutely had no experience with driving a semi truck and pulling a trailer, but these instructors spent about three weeks training and coaching and absolutely made this experience very easy and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Thank you to all the instructors Cheryl, Leslie, Ernie, Buck, Mark, John, Adrian, Jerry and all the other instructors that played a part in our success. I would highly recommend 160 Driving Academy to anyone looking to obtain there CDL’s. ,

If you’re looking for instructors, who are kind, affable, knowledgeable, and of course helpful then you are in the right path to your transportation career. In the short time that we must obtain a CDL, 160 Driving Academy in Orlando helped me to press on every time I would feel drained or frustrated. Nancy and Dan conducted the pre-trip inspections in a way that I could pick it quickly. Roy’s and Ron’s amiable and peaceful nature usually helped me relaxed and offered guidance and encouragement to use good decision-making skills. And as always Eddie and Stephanie giving me good advice whenever I needed help. Overall, I had an excellent learning experience and would highly recommend the Orlando team!

I was so scared to get into the truck period and John and Colin made this the greatest experience I could have asked for! I was forced to do this to keep my job so my attitude wasn’t the greatest and they got me to GET my CDL on the first try!!! I can’t thank them enough and they will never know what this means to me!!

My overall experience at 160 driving academy in Trenton was amazing all thanks to my instructor Glenn. He has been the most amazing instructor, goes above and beyond to make sure you are paying attention, knows your stuff. He made my learning experience enjoyable while learning. If I could give this man 20 stars ⭐️ I would. I would definitely recommend Glenn as an instructor to everyone. If you want to learn how to drive Glenn is the man to go to. My experience at the 160 driving academy range in Trenton was amazing, Glenn is an amazing instructor and tells ya how it is. He actually makes sure you’re paying attention and learning, he really made my time here enjoyable while I was learning. I would 10 out of 10 recommend him to be someone else’s instructor.
