Awesome instructors
Absolutely an incredible experience! At first, it’s intimidating, not going to lie. Show up, do the work and study at night what you learned during the day. Darryl in the office is always helpful & the guys in the yard: Vinny, John, Jason & Charlie are all gentlemen. They’re not there to “baby” you, we’re all big boys & girls now, and that’s how they treat you. They’ll answer any question you have- believe me, I’ve asked quite a few. Pay attention carefully because the classroom and yard work go faster than you think! Good luck to all!!
I made it!
Sara was a great help and was there for me when I had a conflict setting up my test dates. I had some struggles at the beginning, but by the time I got to the third week and grouped with a specific trainer, it got so much easier. Me and three coworkers were sent as a group with this trainer, and he made it so easy to understand what we needed to know and how to execute the maneuvers. We learned so much working with him, and I'm so grateful.
Graduate
Most of the instructors are very helpful and want to see you succeed. I owe Mrs. Alberta and Mr. Al a ton of thanks for getting me prepared to crush the test. Easy to follow guidelines to get your CDL.
An amazing experience
I am a recent graduate from 160 driving academy all I have to say is Jill Brown and the office and the guys Bill and Dustin on the yard were so awesome so down to earth and really explain everything really well I graduated past and now I'm officially a professional driver thank you so much 160 driving academy thank you too thank you Bill thank you Dustin highly highly recommended

I'm going to make this simple. All the instructors at the Niles location was a really big help to learn everything efficiently and quick. So I want to thank Joel, Keith, Chino, Miss P(Don't know how to spell her whole name), and Archie.
An exciting new beginning
Wasn’t sure what to expect but glad I dove in. Don’t think I could write anything bad about the school. Had a great time I learned a lot of new skills. My instructor Irene from Idaho, was more than knowledgeable and fair and an excellent teacher. I am a one and done student with all thanks to her and the knowledge she passed on, she’s a fantastic lady she’s funny intelligent and an excellent teacher. Thank you 160
Got my CDL!!
I recently graduated from 160 driving academy!! I wanna give a special shout out to a few of my favorite people from my school! First and foremost I want to thank Eddie for believing me. He never gave up on me and showed endless faith in me even when I stopped having faith in myself. Next, I want to thank Nancy. She made me feel at home the entire time and pushed me to be the best version of myself that I can be. She has the patience of a saint and is such a wonderful woman. The last person I want to thank is Stephanie. Stephanie has been so helpful and informative. She’s the reason I joined 160 in the first place and she never stopped being supportive. Stephanie is an Angel and she’s so trustworthy. She was able to answer any questions I had and never made me feel like I was alone. Each instructor had their own teaching style and every one of them is so helpful. I took little pieces of advice from everyone I met and used it to get through the program successfully. I’d recommend this school to anyone looking to get their cdl.
