For anyone looking to grab there CDL, I’m recommending 160 academy 10 times out of 10! I first talked with Kassandra who set me up with all the information I needed to get enrolled, any extra information I was concerned with she was quick to respond and very helpful. The driving instructors Nick and Steve are amazing. Throughout the 3 weeks of the driving course they remained calm, cool, and collected. Through their experience and instruction I went from no experience or skill to feeling confident enough to operate a tractor and trailer and breeze through any inspection within a week and a half. So if you’re looking for a quick academy with patient and experience instructors that want you to succeed, 160 all the way! Thank you guys for everything!

I highly recommend 160 Driving Academy! The instructors Al and Jeff were completely dedicated and all in for my success. Everything I learned I reflect on on a daily basis as I find myself driving in all conditions and situations. Al and Jeff’s voices come to mind frequently as their instruction gave me the skills I need in my career. 160 Driving Academy is the best and it was one of the best experiences of my life!

Family Like
Chad Davis, Gabriel Sayre, Tyler Rhodes are all friendly and know how to get a point across. When watching people test out it felt like watching family succeed. These guys know how to get you to pass on the first try.

My experience with 160 driving academy was pretty good. The teachers taught me well, and even though it took a few tries for me on the cdl road test, I passed eventually. I was taught how to do straight line backing, 90 degree, and I went on the road. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants a CDL. -Thomas Beatty

Went in not knowing what to expect full if doubt about my self thank God for Julie at moraine valley campus help me every step of the way and on the yard every one was like a family who really wanted it you learn and succeed ,gotta mention ALI LOUIE , Erik,jessica,and jessica,will ,I want to thank guy’s so so very much for the great experience

I would like to thank the instructors at 900 Todd Lane. Darrell, Tony. Eric, Mr. Dave, Mr. Rich and last but not least, Rasheed. These group of men groomed me into a now. Class A CDL operator. Get there at 160 Academy at go to the Todd Lane site and I promise you that you will leave there a Truck Driver.

Honestly I was nervous at first on how this would go for me, but in the end I am very grateful for them all. They helped me learn in other ways if I couldn’t learn the way others were taught. Hands on learning, visual learning, written learning, and more. It’s a great learning academy for everyone. They were also very nice and dedicated to help others pass. And as a female, I felt very welcomed into this male dominate community.
