Denise Chuma, the manager at this location is a people’s person, so professional and knowledgeable about what she is doing, I’m not a computer expert, in class she took her time to teach me about logging and operating the computer ( thank you) , she’s always happy, in a good mood, I had a great experience in class. At the same time, I don’t want to leave out the examiners in the Cleveland location , Ryan and Gwen, they were so professional and knowledgeable and patience; they explained every step of what I was going to do that they expected from me nice and clear, may God bless Denisse, Ryan and Gwen, I’ll never forget them. ( I want also thank josh and Doc, at the yard, without them I wouldn’t have my CDL).
Great instruction
I recently graduated from 160 Driving Academy and am extremely grateful for the exceptional support I received from Collin, John, and Leroy. Collin, as the yard manager, demonstrated outstanding organizational skills, meticulously tracking our driving hours and skill development. Despite facing moments of discouragement, Collin's unwavering encouragement and ability to push through insecurities were instrumental in my success. His constructive feedback, along with thorough explanations of safety measures, made him an outstanding instructor. I highly recommend him. John dedicated time refining my parallel parking skills on the yard, contributing significantly to my overall proficiency. Although my interactions with Leroy were limited, his calm, encouraging, and friendly demeanor during our trip left a positive impression. Thanks to their guidance, I successfully passed my CDL test on the first attempt, even in a manual truck, despite never having driven a 10-speed before. Grateful for the valuable experience with this dedicated team.

I'd like to thank Andre the instructor for all the help knowledge an making the class fun to learn... Its challenging for someone who as a d d adhd to slowly go thru the lessons give us key words to remember to write down he will always be on top of everything n making sure people that come into the class will be rewarded .. thanks again Andre an thank you Connor too y'all are amazing ppl an 160 driving school is an amazing place to come too imma tell everyone to come to Connor

Chris the branch manager goes above and beyond in and out of class! The instructors there was amazing at teaching students especially Ron! Glad I chose 160 Drive Academy!!!

I had a wonderful time at 160! In 3 weeks i leaned the proper way to maneuver a 18 wheeler. I had a-lot of one on one training. i wanna give a special thanks to sherrod white , nick cleaves, Doc , brown and alberta. I love the whole staff. They’re professional & knowhow to teach a person who’s never drove a 18 wheeler to be a pro in 3 weeks. highly recommend this school.

James made it a fun environment. He also had good patience with me, When I made a mistake he made it enjoyable rather than myself feeling down. All in all great experience and great instructor.

Lincroft NJ
I went to the freehold/lincroft NJ training facility , the instructors were great , they make sure you learn the concepts of the training and they work one on one if you are not getting it. I only had a love for driving trucks but never had any kind of experience in a tractor/trailer , I didn't even know what a fifth wheel was until instructor Tre took me in the office and explained the entire mechanism and the coupling process. Instructor Barry was also a genius in teaching the maneuvers of how to straight back and offset parking etc. When it was time to train on the road , all of the trainers made us feel very comfortable and safe while doing it. Thank you JOE, BARRY, TRE, AND The entire training staff at the Lincroft / freehold NJ location
