Very Rude Receptionist - Not sure what state she was in
I called to to find the person who could do some business to business work. The receptionist was off the hook rude! Could not even get a phone number for the person who was in Charge of the Cleveland facility. Ridiculous! What a bad impression and loss of multiple student business for these folks.

Tom Fick is probably the best trainer in the mid west. he and Mike Handrigan took the reigns and I passed with confidence!
my opinion
really liked my trainer tim he really know how to relate to you and he was very knowledable. only knock ive is the little shed you meet in on the training yard.Doesnt look professional they have bigger cabin you can buy with more room and more proffesional looking.
