my experience was like a roller coaster, but the instructors are the best and they helped me know everything that i need to get out on the road and know my job. Thank you all at 160 driving academy.
Loved The Program. Great Experience
Process of getting started was very straightforward. Galinda was very informative and polite, very professional. Class was pretty easygoing, good atmosphere, covered everything we needed to know to get past our written test, as well as core information to take to the yard. Denise, the yard trainer was wonderful. Couldn't have asked for a better trainer. Great attitude, very patient with new students, even when we made lots of mistakes. She helped make the overall experience that much more pleasant. Never a dull moment. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone wanting to get started in the truck driving field.

160 is the only way to go!
I cannot express how wonderful 160 academy is in its entirety. I was brand new to the field and one day said why not and I couldn’t be happier with being able to attend this academy. I love their staff at the office and the instructors at the yard, every single person there is super supportive and truly want you to succeed and will help you! I graduated and became a team driver with my brother for our current company and going strong to this day and definitely want to thank every single person at the academy for all the knowledge, confidence and skills and support to do what I am doing now! Seriously look no further 160 academy will not disappoint you!
great class
The in classroom teaching made all the information for a CDL a lot easier to learn. Dave spoke clearly and really highlighted all the extra important information. He had extra tests available online for us to practice. If you went over those tests then you'll ace the dmv test. Denise was very patient with all of us students and made learning how to drive a breeze. When having an off day for pre-trip or driving she was very encouraging and brought our spirits up when down.
A good experience
from the classroom to the yard all of the staff were willing to help and were always there. Denise was a great instructor and made driving an easy going experience.
Great Training
The instructors at Oswego were great at teaching new skills and were able to work with all different skill levels and keep the pace going giving help to those that were struggling and the class worked with one another and supported each other. I looked forward to school each day and I'm glad I took the step to be trained at 160 Driving Academy
My cdl experience
My experience with 160 was fun and overall was a great school to come to so I can get my cdl. All the instructors had different techniques and I had fun in class.. Jamell and Terry were fun working with and I learned a lot from day one...
