With everything going on in the world during the COVID-19 shut down, I found myself out of my professional career. With some help from the Bensenville 160 crew I was able to obtain my CDL in 4 weeks with plenty of job offers to start immediately! I thank everyone within the program, especially Chino and Joel for helping! My family and I can rest easy with a new career as an essential work! Thank you guys so much!
Great Experience
Learned a lot from my class both from the classroom and yard. Teachers are really hands on and are determined to get you your CDL. Got great help from my classroom teacher Agatha Roik all the way to my yard teacher in Jorge, Jim, Terry and Jamell. All taught me how to be a strong and safe truck driver.

I got my CDL on my first try thanks to the team I had Ray and Julie out of Stockton there dedication to there students is above and beyond my expectations when I first joined the way they teach is easy to comprehend with all the repetitive instructions they make sure you know what you are doing when I think of Ray and Julie one thing comes to mind "give a man a fish you feed him once teach a man to fish you feed him for a lifetime" ray and Julie taught me how to fish ... teaching me the skills I need to go and make a living to take care of my family and now I can start a new chapter in my life and say goodbye to 22 years of construction and HELLO to the trucking industry all my hard work paid off again I passed on my first try thanks to Ray and Julie an awesome team in Stockton

Great Experience At Oswego IL
When I first started my journey into trucking I was extremely nervous. Having no experience in the industry, no experience with a manual transmission, and not really being a mechanical person. Kathy in the office assured me that I will not be the only person in that situation. During the first week in the classroom I slowly started to gain confidence about what it takes to obtain your CLP. Dave, the virtual instructor explained everything thoroughly at a much needed easy pace. The next 3 weeks in the yard practicing our driving, maneuvering, skills, and pretrip delivered the same experience. Chris, Mike, Russ, Duane, and Francis all have their own unique coaching styles. That gives you a great diversification and experience level. You’re able to take advice from 5 talented individuals, who really want to see you succeed and make the information your own. With all the help along the way, I was able to obtain my CDL on the first attempt at the DMV. 160 Driving Academy Oswego is the place to go if you are interested in starting a career within the trucking industry.

My experience at 160 from classroom to actual traing on yard was a great experience. The instructors are the best. Instructors are very knowledgeable and are extremely patient when it comes to training. The atmosphere on the training yard was a great environment. I would highly recommend 160 driving academy .
Great School Working for Swift
I recently graduated from 160 KC. Kelly was my life saver she made sure that all my paperwork was good and encouraged me 1000%. Kayla was awesome she is a blessing to the range and I honestly feel like she is the reason I was able to pass my CDL testing yesterday. Sean is very good as well. Kevin is good but needs to slow down he is very caring about the students but sometimes too much. All in all 160 Driving Academy made my dreams come true and I am working for Swift and ready to get out on the road and drive

Best part of my experience at 160 other then of course getting my CDL was a chance to work with Agata, I believe she would be considered the recruiter/coordinator. Worked with me and my schedule to help ensure there where no issues completing the class. The instructors did very well with their jobs, only had a personality clash with one of them, but even so they all make sure you are well educated for your CDL exam and prepared to go on a mentorship with your future job. They also are 100% willing to help set you up with your next employer through a form of job placement. Thank you 160 for giving me the time to acquire my CDL.
