I am very pleased that I choose this school. I attended the school in Louisville KY on Camp ground. My instructor Ms. Nita Johnson was helpful and passionate about her students making it and learning to be a good/safe CDL driver. I was nervous about if this was actually for me and they saw something in me I didn't even see in myself. And for that I've been going hard about this truckers Life every since. Instructor Collins and instructor John were the best instructors that I have I countered thus far. Very hands on Very specific and also very patient in their training techniques. If it wasn’t for their motivation I would have never succeeded in obtaining my CDL. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for those two guys. Respectfully. LaDarro Northcutt
160 in louisville
Me experience at 160 was great. I recommend going to 160 to get your cdl they are some of the greatest and smartest people I meet. 2 guys from 160 that I still talk to and that’s Ben Gordon and Jeremy there are some really great instructors and know what they are talking about. I had the privilege of having Ben Gordon as my instructor and not one time did he let me down or not one time when I didn’t understand anything that he didn’t give up on me it took me a lot to get used to the big truck but after that I was great and I wanna thank ben Gordon for that and just pushing me as hard as he did to get to where I am today. I truly had a wonderful experience at 160 and would recommend any wanting to get there cdl to go to drive 160
No more double clutching
This experience was awesome! Mike, Doug and Joe are the best instructors hands down. They go the extra mile to make sure you are achieving your goal. I can’t thank them enough for the confidence, encouragement and knowledge that they offered. I even met some amazing people along this journey and I am forever grateful
Amazing experience
Attending at 160 driving academy in Orando was a great learning experience starting from Stephanie always very helpful. Also I want to thank to Eddie, Russell, Nancy, Dan, John, Roy, Daniel, Ron and Specially to Eric all these instructions have a lot experience driving a truck they will walk through it!! Thanks again
Great Training
I loved my time at 160 at the Louisville location. The trainers there were amazing and really helped me learn. Nita is the best trainer you could ask for, and helped boost my confidence. They never give up on you, so if you're thinking about this career they will have your back 100% of the way. Thanks to everyone working there.

Marcel has got to be one of the best instructors I know. And, he's got the experience to back it up. Austin & Lester are spot on too. I got to learn from each one of them and they each taught me something from their own experiences. I took just a refresher course through 160, and they all knew exactly how to get me ready for my job. I might have spent the most time with Marcel and so he was definitely able to pinpoint and train me up in the areas where I needed improvement. Austin and Lester also completely skilled and experienced. I felt challenged, yet safe all the way through my refresher course. I should have started with these guys years ago. Lester, Austin, Marcel ~ thank you guys. Oh! And Nicole! Call her now to enroll. Nicole worked with me on the perfect schedule for me and she'll work with you too.
One & Done
I just passed my CDL Skills Testing today, I was a 1 and Done !! It was a great experience From Getting Started with Dewayne week 1 To getting out to the Yard with Mike,Pete,Ralph & Spoon these Instructors did a great job from start to finish!! I am so grateful and happy that I chose the 160 Driving Academy South Bend Indiana!!! 💯😎🇺🇸🦅🗽
Great Instructor
My experience was better than I thought. Marcell took us under his wing and taught us everything we needed to learn to pass our CDL examination. I learned more from him then anybody.

Marcel was my instructor in Nampa, and he was an incredible instructor, Marcel is the epitome of what a teacher should be, no matter what your learning style is he will fit his teaching style to you so that he can teach you, he cares about his job and everyone talks about how lucky they were to have him. Marcel is in very high demand at Amazon, I’ve heard people directly request to change their schedules just to have him teach them. As a teacher and instructor Marcel is worth his weight in Gold!
